This website is operated by Limestone City Hydroponics. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Limestone City Hydroponics. Limestone City Hydroponics offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

Out-of-Stock Items

At Align Home Health Care we try our best to maintain high levels of inventory, however, occasionally products may run out of stock. We will notify you of out of stock items within 1 business day after your order has been placed.

Payment Terms

All orders must be paid upon order remittance.  Once you place your order, you can pay by PayPal through our website, e-transfer, or upon pickup via cash, debit or credit.

Refusing Orders

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

Errors, Inaccuracies And Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Local Delivery

We offer free local delivery within the City of Kingston, with a minimum $50 order. This includes the region between County Road 6 (Amherstview), Highway 16 (Joyceville) and Highway 38 (Glenburnie). Free delivery includes the following postal codes: K7K, K7L, K7M, K7N, K7P.

We also offer limited delivery outside of our “free shipping” zone, along the 401 corridor on the Canadian side of the border — for a fee of $25, with a minimum $100 order. This includes the regions between Napanee (Hwy 41), Landsdowne (Hwy 3), and north to Sydenham (Rutlege Rd.). This secondary delivery region includes the following postal codes: K7G (except Howe Island), K7R, K0H** (South of Sydenham, ON), K0E (south of Hwy 2).

Curb-side Pickup

Orders received by 4:00pm will be available for same-day pickup. Orders received after 4:00pm will be available for delivery on the following business day.

Refunds & Returns

Returns are accepted for unopened, damaged products or if you’re not fully satisfied with the product.

To be eligible for a return, you must have the original purchase receipt and must have all the original packaging. You must notify us within 30 days if you wish to return a product. We have the right to refuse any return request that doesn’t meet these criteria.

The product must be returned to Limestone City Hydroponics in order to qualify for a refund. If the customer is unable to return the product in person to our Kingston location at 10-105 Sutherland Drive, Kingston, ON K7K 5V6, they must pay to ship the product back to Limestone City Hydroponics at their own expense.

If shipped to us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@limestonecityhydroponics.ca.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@limestonecityhydroponics.ca and send your item to Limestone City Hydroponics, 10-105 Sutherland Drive, Kingston, ON K7K 5V6.
